It's just $7.00!

I got the money lecture this morning.  You know the one, we spend more than we make, we have to make some cuts, cut coupons...blah, blah, blah.  This talk happens about once or twice a month when he has to pay bills.  Never fun for anyone.  After he left for work I got a phone call.  Apparently he realized that I had taken the children to McDonald's on Saturday.  Well at this point he let me have it.  We are saving money - he says.  We need to pay off our debt - he says.  I offered to pay him back the $7 that I spent on the Happy Meals and that prompted a nice response (sarcasm).  Anyone else ever get this talk, and or response?  How do you handle it?  Any way to stop the talk from happening?

Nope I am hungover...

We had a party last night.  No kids, just adults, drunkfest.  It was fun.  I drank a lot and maybe even had a few cigarettes.  Nights without the children tend to be a little more laid back and less stressful.  Here's the thing; I woke up this morning with a terrific hangover.  I told my husband this and he looked at me and asked when we could have sex.  When I responded not now he, in turn, suggested a blow job.  Now here is the thing...when does the phrase "I threw up last night, and my head hurts horribly" become an invitation for sex?  And when does the turn down of sex, open the floor for blow job suggestions?  Needless to say he was denied and has been walking around like a spoiled child all day.  Has your husband, boyfriend, girlfriend, or lover ever done this to you?  How did you respond?
